By establishing a handshake protocol with the N.O.R.D. Sub-Nautical Operating System (hereinafter referred to as "The Interface"), the operative ("User") acknowledges explicit submission to the following structural directives. The Interface is a highly classified, strictly educational bathymetric simulation. Failure to comply with operational parameters will result in immediate termination of the connection.
The User understands that deep-ocean exploration involves catastrophic hydrostatic pressure, anoxia, and hostile biological entities. However, The Interface is a digital CSS/HTML construct. Therefore, the risk of hull implosion is mathematically zero. The creators of this terminal disclaim any liability for oceanic misinformation, nautical misadventures, or thalassophobia triggered by the content. The "Terabytes" (TB) extracted hold absolutely no monetary, cryptographic, or military value.
All graphical subroutines, simulated sonar sweeps, typographic encodings, and textual archives within The Interface are the exclusive intellectual property of the Nautilus Oceanic Research Division (a fictional entity). The User is granted a temporary, revocable security clearance to process this data. Reverse engineering, unauthorized data scraping, or deploying automated extraction bots against this terminal is considered an act of digital piracy.
These directives are governed under the simulated framework of International Maritime Law. Any disputes arising from the use of the data extraction quizzes or the resulting naval rank promotions shall be resolved internally. Use of The Interface constitutes an unconditional surrender to these simulated jurisdictional terms.

STATUS: SECURE
The Interface operates on a closed-loop architecture. We do not deploy external sonar pings (cookies) to track your terrestrial network activities. We do not harvest Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Accessing the historical archives and initializing data extractions requires zero biometric, geographic, or identity verification from the operative.
To persist your "Extracted Data" (TB score) and maintain your Naval Rank across sessions, The Interface utilizes isolated HTML5 Web Storage (`localStorage`) directly within the confines of your local hardware. This telemetry is strictly quarantined and is never transmitted, beamed, or uploaded to our surface servers. Purging your local browser cache will permanently scuttle your progress.
The Interface actively rejects all third-party marketing algorithms, advertising syndicates, and analytic submersibles. We do not monetize your operational logs. Your exploration of the deep sea database is a solitary, encrypted, and unmonitored descent.
While the front-end application operates silently, the underlying fiber-optic submarine cables (hosting infrastructure) may register standard, non-identifying connection packets (such as IP addresses and ping latencies). This is strictly necessary to route the HTML/CSS payload to your sector and defend against digital depth charges (DDoS attacks). This diagnostic data is ephemeral and routinely flushed.
